INFORMATION

Each participant (singers + adults) must wear their festival wristband (Festival-Armband) at all times, it is considered as access authorization to all venues and catering. You get the wristbands on the first day.

Each Choir will have an individual contact person during the festival to accompany your choir.

The festival fee covers accomodation including breakfast, the listed meals and the choir workshop.
Host families will also provide packed lunch for Saturday and supper every evening.

The tap water in Germany is potable water.

Photography and filming are taking place. Please tell us soon if we are NOT allowed to publish photos of one your singers.

When staying with host families: Children will be dropped off by their families in the morning and picked up again in the evening. If concert uniform is required, please bring it with you in the morning.

You are welcome to attend the other concerts in which you are not on stage yourself.

Each participant must have a valid health insurance coverage for Germany available for the duration of the festival.

Please send us until 3rd April a list with the names of all participants (children and adults), including:

• full name
• age on May 18
• gender:  f / m (female/male)
• special food request: vegetarian / vegan / important allergies (peanuts, milk…) – we will try our best
• if staying in host families: cat / dog allergy
  and the pairs of children that will stay together in one family

And please tell us as soon as possible, at what time and how you will arrive
(by plane: name of the airport / by train / by bus)
